Cutting tools
1 Accident Cause: Since the blade is sharp, the directly touch will cause the possibility of injury.
Preventive: Please use the protection equipments such as glove especially when you take blade out from the case and install it on the machine
2 Accident Cause: The cutter will fly out if you use in a wrong way or in inappropriate conditional, and then cause possibility of injury.
Preventive: Please use the protecting cover to protect your eyes. Learn the instruction book and the sample information carefully before use the cutter and use it in recommended cutting condition
3 Accident Cause: The overload of impact and excessive wear of cutter can increase the cutting force suddenly and then the cutter will be damaged and splash, even hurt the operator
Preventive: Please use the protecting cover to protect your eyes;
          Replace the worn cutter in time.
4 Accident Cause: The swarf with high temperature or too long swarf come out can bring hurt or scald to the operator.
Preventive: Please use the protection equipments such as glove
5 Accident Cause: The temperature will be getting higher during the cutting; don't touch the cutter or the machine parts directly after they are finished, to avoid the dangerous of scald
Preventive: Please use the protecting cover to protect your eyes; Turn off the machine before you clear the swarf and don't forget wear gloves and use the tools such as pliers, clamp and so on
6 Accident Cause: The spark generated from cutting, high temperature or the swarf with high temperature from the serious friction of cutter may cause fires.
Preventive: Fire prevention measures should be considered when you use non-water-soluble metalworking liquid
7 Accident Cause: The poor balance performance of the machine fixture can bring vibration and flutter when they are in high speed rotation, and then the cutter can be fragile with pieces and it's dangerous.
Preventive: Please use the protecting cover to protect your eyes; the machine must be tested to make sure there is no voice of vibration and flutter before operating
8 Accident Cause: After used the tools may have sharp burrs, and you will be hurt if touch it directly.
Preventive: Don't touch the tools if your hands have no protective.
 
Cutting tool/ Indexable mechanically-clamped cutting blade
1 Accident Cause: If the blade is not clamped with the machine parts tightly it may fall off and cause injury accident.
Preventive: It's forbidden that there is any sundries adhesion on the locating surface for the blade and the fastener, please check carefully and confirm it is safe before you install the blade.
Please use the special wrench to fix the blade and machined parts, it is forbidden that use the special wrench in other fields.
2 Accident Cause: If the clamping force is too large when using the general socket wrench, it will bring micro crack or other defect to the blade and have potential accident.
  Preventive: You should use the special wrench to clamp the blades
3 Accident Cause: when the cutter rotates in high speed, the blade may fly out for the centrifugal force.
  Preventive: Learn the instruction book and the sample information carefully before use the blade and use it in recommended cutting conditions

Milling cutter and Rotary cutter
1 Accident Cause: Milling cutter tools, if you touch the sharp cutter edge directly your hands may be hurt.
 Preventive: Please use protective article such as protective gloves.
Accident Cause: The eccentric rotation, imbalance of the tool will cause chatter, vibration and so on. And then the cutter may broke and come out to cause the accident.
  Preventive:  Choose the recommended rotary speed
 In order to prevent the eccentric rotary vibration caused by bearing wear, please check the accuracy of the rotary part and adjust the balance.
 
Drill
1 Accident Cause: when the tools rotating and drilling holes, once the hole have been drilled through the left part will always fly out in high-speed, the shape of it is like a disk and very sharp, it's risk and very easy to cause accident.
Preventive: Please use protective article to protect your eyes and install housing for the clamping parts.
2 Accident Cause: The top of the minimum diameter drill is pointed-shape and very sharp. Your hands can be got hurt very easily. If the drill fracture the top of it will be very difficult to be removed, and it may fly out to cause some accident.
Preventive: You must pay attention to it and use glove and goggle
 
Wilding cutter
1 Accident Cause: The cutter fall off and fragile and it will cause the risk of injury.
Preventive: Make sure it has been welded strongly before you use.
          Don't use it in high-temperature condition
 
Others tools:
Accident Cause: Using the tool outside the specified use will cause the damage of the machine or tools, it is very dangerous.
Preventive: Please use the tools in the correct way as rule.
